Great Alaska Adventures is a truly unique destination in Alaska. You might think you have to choose between a fishing lodge that offers a few “non fishing” activities. Or perhaps an eco lodge that has a few token fishing options. Great Alaska is something else entirely. We began fishing for clients in the early ’80’s and we have come to define a world class fishing lodge for tens of thousands of guests over the decades. Check out our Alaska Fishing Trips.

We began offering our Scenic and Wildlife Safaris in 1987, and a little over 3 decades under the tires, and we’ve become one of the leaders of sustainable travel in Alaska. Glacier cruising, Scenic Bald Eagle floats, wilderness hiking, kayaking and paddleboarding, and quirky “end of the road” touring are all just a small part of what we do.

16 years ago we began BearCamp®– our very special and private, fly in Bear Viewing camp that is included in many of our fishing or adventure itineraries.

Our Kenai River Lodge and BearCamp®, are the cornerstones of our packages, and we feature one or both of them both in nearly all of our exciting packages. Quite simply, there is nothing like them!
