Besides van driver, office staff are the first face clients see, so all hires must love people and be good with them. All office positions must learn reservations software quickly and efficiently as it is a short season in Alaska!

Office staff positions concentrates on daily lodge logistics, phone based customer service, lead recognition along with some sales and marketing. Rock Solid computer experience essential, knowledge of basic Microsoft© office software a plus and ability to learn new programs quickly a must. Must be organized, comfortable on the phone and be detail-oriented, as well as a “people person”. All office staff must be excellent on the phone and in person.

Office Manager- Manages office assistant and works with Accounting and other management staff as well as interacting with all incoming guests. Must be excellent people person, comfortable with MS Office programs and able to learn new systems quickly.
